CHARITY WALKS
I have been walking professionally, covering the length and breadth of Britain for well over a decade while building up my stamina to achieve 40 miles in one day. A few examples of my accomplishments to date are Birmingham - London, Manchester - Stoke-on-Trent, Gloucester - Worcester and Northampton - Leamington Spa to name a few from an impressive collection of adventures.
I completed these long distance challenges in all weather conditions with timetabled transport links met without fail. It takes me a week to plan each walk and I record them electronically to provide evidence of my ability. This is where my love of the canal network began. I have walked from Lancaster to London without leaving the canal tow path.
